Very rude and impolite receptionist. The Doctor thinks that because she is a doctor she has power to make you feel miserable and cheap.

Been with doctor Shamsian for about 12 years. she has been an excellent doctor, however lately I find her not as caring. It appears to be quick in and out not taking time to listen. When going in for my yearly physical she wont address issues and tells me to make an appointment for that particular problem. Must be all about MONEY.

Dr. Shamsian has been my family doctor for 11 years and I have always able to get an appointment easily. She is very caring and listens to your problems, if she does not know the answer or feels she can not provide you the best treatment for the issue she always is able to refer out and you get an appointment quickly with the specialist. Front staff is always easy to communicate with and always pleasant.
