Kind, caring, warm...the absolute best. Dr Malhotra cared for my brother who had pancreatic cancer and passed away at home. She showed not only her knowledge of this dreaded disease, but was so compassionate to the entire family.

I cannot see any of the criticism she has been object in the previous messages. I have been her patient for many years now and I had found her an excellent family doctor. Cannot understand the complaints of the others. Perhaps the were talking about other doctor. I have always find Dr Janna Malotra very compasionate, understanding, forseen the fears of the patient and reconforting. She has even telephone myself explainng te results of X Rays or other analysis, giving always a positive message and hope. Her office staff are excellent and very friendly.

I've been going to Dr. Malhotra for a year, and while the first couple of times I really liked her, I now dread going. She can seem nice, she can be knowledgeable, and she seem to be pleasant. But she is terse and rude. Some might see her as decisive, informative and a no-bs kind of woman. Others might see her as condescending and terse, and one who doesn't listen or care what the patient wants. She gets mad at you and storms out if you dare question her decision, or ask about alternatives. She talks over you so you can't voice your concerns after she's made up her mind. She is not willing to help you find the best route for you. She has a very 'take-it-or-leave-it' approach. She gets very rude and snappy with you if you dare to visit an after-hours clinic other than her own, and will tell you perhaps you should leave her practice. She is not a good fit for someone who wants to feel like their doctor considers their needs and wants, and definitely not a good fit if you are frustrated by someone being condescending. As for her staff, they are very sweet. They are rushed, as it is a busy office with more than one doctor, but are still quite nice and helpful.

Dr Malhotra is really kind and caring and takes the time to listen to your issues and discuss options/solutions with you. I have read some of the other reviews that paint a very different picture of her, but all my encounters with her and the staff have been very positive. The only con is that she often is running late, but since I also work in a medical clinic, I understand that isn't the fault of the GP most of the time.

Dr. Malhotra when I first met her and for about the duration of a year she had no bedside manner what so ever and was very cold to me as well she never seemed to listen to my concerns that is until I had multiple breakdowns in her office. I hadent seen her for well over a year up until last month, She has improved immensely and listens and seems to care now. I'm guessing she had a change of heart fore that year or so time period. I would recommend her now.

I took my three puppies and their mother to alta vista animal hospital for their first visit and shots and the care provided there at the animal hospital was far more superior than the dr malholtra !!! I HAVE BEEN TO SEE HER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS IAM A NEW PATIENT This visit today was worse than other visit!!! I even decked myself out in coach ,leather,jewels in a sad attempt to impress her drab non responsive unfeeling boring pretentious rude needs to have ? ... attitude. Do not go there unless you are a blind deaf and dumb pinball wizard lol Seek help dr!!!

Dr Malhotra is proficient and professional, I believe that she is up to date with current knowledge and technology in medicine, she is very concise and direct when I ask a question, A very good GP in my opinion Vinson Dynes

I didn't find her very helpful toward my issue. I didn't find that she was really listening and hearing my concerns. I walked away after my last appointment feeling very depressed. Needless to say I found another Dr. that actually listened to me. Now I finally feel I am on the road to reovery. I am sure she is good Dr. but just not the right fit for me.

I was so impressed when I received a call from the receptionist; Dr Malhotra hadn't seen me in a while (a few months max) & wanted to make contact to schedule an appointment because I had been seeing her for issues with depression. That is an amazingly caring doctor!
