Some of the staff hate people. You can not get an appointment for months to find out basic info they could have told you on the phone.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. $100 if you're 5 minutes late?! They talk at you with a rude attitude and tone that make you question what they do there. She called to confirm my appointment but when I called back they didn't call me for the until the next day (after I got pen and paper she wouldn't allow me to takes notes with a computer because she said it would take too long) she said she booked my appointment for someone else. Just stay away from this place at all costs.

My son was chocked on crayon on Saturday and was sent to CHEO emergency room for surgery. Dr. Planet did a wonderful job. He is amazing! My son recovered very well.

I had polyps removed at Montfort and the doc did an astounding good job. Nurses and the anesthetist were great. Nothing to be scared of. Thanks doc.

Dr Planet removed extreme polyps from my nose and I can say that he did a great job. Do not be afraid to undergo this procedure as it gives back your life and its not so bad - nothing to be scared of. I went to the Montford to have the op done. Great people there - great docs and nurses.Even though I now have limited smell I can breath again - through my nose ! Thanks Doc. I recommend you.

Most of my services with Dr. Planet are performed at the Montfort Hospital, service is quite fast and very close to the scheduled appointment time, in and out within 45 minutes.

I had a few appointments with Dr. Planet during 2010. I was absolutely amazed at the service I received by him and his staff. I found Dr. Planet to be thorough and very caring. He was committed and very attentive to me as his patient. I would rate him as one of the top rated doctors. Ottawa is blessed to have him as part of the medical professionals. Jacques Dénommé
