My daughter and I have seen Dr. J. Seguin at Caremedics, Ottawa several times and find him to be a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. I would rate this doctor as a 5 plus. We also find the staff helpful and courteous.

Five years ago I was lucky to have found Dr. Seguin as a family doctor. He is an excellent doctor who has a nice personality and provides a high quality of care every time I visit. He listens to my concerns and genuinely cares. He does not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if needed. He’s 98% on time which is amazing. The ladies at reception are wonderful.

I found him to be a little stand off is at first but very caring and knowledgeable once he gets to know you. He has a good sense of humor. and always answers any questions i have

When I saw Dr. Seguin, he only spent 4 min with me and it seemed like I was bothering him. His demeanour was very aggressive and obnoxious. He did not to care whether my health improved or not. I would not advise people to see this doctor. I do not understand how people can call themselves doctors yet they do not care whether your health improves or not. After wasting 2 hours waiting for him, he did not give me any useful information. He told me to pick up any cough syrup as if I could not have done that on my own. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. This was a very bad experience.

I saw Dr. Jean Seguin. He checked me for 2 seconds and it looked like I was bothering him for doing so. If I didn't have any questions he would have sent me away with no information. He just said go to physio. Why am I paying him, if the physio will give me all the information I need. This place sucks. I have been to other sports medicine doctors before and they were much more helpful and informative .
