Judy Chow will retire within a year or 2, (2019). She is a very good, kind, caring, and highly knowledgeable doctor. She is very busy & pressed but will take time for you. The admin staff, and some of the Allied Health Staff, are below the 1 (poor) by several levels. With the exception of 2 nurses, they are rude when they are not sullen or incompetent. We have had staples left in my husband after hip replacement surgery, when the nurse was distracted because she had to pick up her husband at the airport as but one example of the dreadful experiences. There appears to be no ongoing management of the so-called support staff/frontline staff. They have a 2-part office at Rivergate Way, another on Lancaster Avenue, one on St Laurent. They are overstretched with part-time, clearly untrained & unsupervised/managed support staff. The doctors appear run off their feet. It is a sad way for Judy Chow to come to a close of her professional career, surround by such unkindness and inefficiency, when she, personally, is anything but.

I have known Doctor Chow for over 20 years and she has consistently offered useful health advice and support. She is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever met.
