A patient of 30+ years. Also my Mom and 3 past girlfriends are her patients as well. She's a keeper! Can't say enough about the care and compassion she demonstrates on every visit. Very thorough. 5 stars across the board!

Dr. Jaffer tends to run a little late with her appointments but this is because she spends as much time with each patient as the patient requires. I never feel rushed even when she is obviously extremely busy. Ialways feel that Dr. Jaffer is thorough and caring and I am very confident in her knowledge and medical skills. As a medical professional myself I feel very lucky to have her as my physician

Dr. Jaffers was my first medical contact upon my arrival to the Ottawa area and fulfilled my expectations beyond my imagination. She was thoughtful, considerate, very respectful of my needs and altered my entire perspective in terms of my personal health needs. She definately was very encouraging and listened immensely through talk therapy as needed and worked with me to assist in lowering all of my personal prescription needs to a healthy level where I could resume life as normal as possible despite the circumstances of having Multiple Sclerosis plus additional complications. If I requested a referral to a specific specialist in the medical field, she made every effort to accommodate that need. Relocating to SW Ontario, I have yet to find a personal family physician, who can totally fill her shoes. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to meet this bright and enthusiastic professional practioner. I do hope to find such a person soon.
