Gave me my life back, I was very ill when I consulted with him for the first time even though I was under medical care with another rheumatologist. Dr Kapur prescribed a new medication for my RA and I feel so much better, he is competent, and a good listener. Thankful!

Always at least a 2 hr. wait. I now phone in to see how late he is running. He told me he has nothing to do with booking appointments, which I think is ridiculous. Otherwise a good doctor.

Extremely knowledgeable and the wait time may be worth it, but his secretary is extremely obnoxious in the way in which she speaks to patients over the phone or during visits, then to hear her personals calls taking place during the office visits. Not many people in such a highly esteemed setting would be able to get away with either her attitude or her carefree way of working. The remaining staff members have always been very kind and approachable. As it is a well-known fact that his punctuality is deplorable, I blame both Dr. Kapur and his secretary. Having worked in the executive field for over 20 years, they must get their acts together and edit their scheduling practices so that patients do not have to wait 2+ hours. Especially as someone already stated, we are dealing with conditions that are often very painful for individuals to have to sit around for so long (arthritis, spinal stenosis, etc.).

I have waited 4 hrs.plus to see this doctor. You are escorted from one to room to another 4x which doesn't make sense.After waiting the 4 hrs.I find he is no longer the attentive,understanding physician he was when he opened his practice in 2007.When he quadruple books patients,then does not listen when you speak, he does whatever on the computer or day dreams. After I have finished listing my concerns, I then realize he hasn't listened to a word i said. It is very disappointing especially with such knowledge,potential. One gets the feeling his heart is no longer in this essential practice.

With all due respect, we have to be honest and the wait time can be 2 hours from time of appointment. He allows too many walk-ins and not only emergencies. He could find a better way to organize his Schedule. However, he the best and waiting for his is always worth it to receive the help needed to deal with an extremely painful desease.

I've had him as my physician for almost 9 years and would recommend anyone to see him. I'm glad to have him as my physician and wouldn't give him up for the world! He is a genuine doctor who truly listens to his patients and truly cares about them. He is a GREAT Physician.

Dr Kapur has long wait times but he is thorough with his patients. Afterall he is a Specilist not a generalized doctor with a prescription pad and 2 minute conversations.

amazing doctor, almost always late but worth waiting for. He is caring, helpful, really focuses on patient and care. Tries his best to help patient -- difficult sometimes with arthritis etc. Fabulous human being
