Dr. Gregoire is great - kind, knowledgable, but hard to get ahold of. Her receptionist is often quite rude and short.

originally had an appointment for February 2013 and was required to go to Kemptville despite the fact I live in Ottawa east. On the day prior to the test after I started the prep I was notified kemptville hospital could not handle patients who had polyps and was re booked for June 27 2013. I set my schedule for that date and booked holidays starting June 29. I am now notified the doctor is taking holidays the last week in June and I am again to be rebooked. She is very good but do not expect timely care!!!

Great and Caring Doctor who diagnosed me after many other couldn't. However impossible to get a hold of. She also needs to hire more staff to assist her because I constantly have a difficult time getting in touch with her or having her sign off on my standing blood order work. My rating of the staff as Poor is strictly due to her moodiness. She's obviously has to be great to work along side an Alpha Female such as Dr. Gregoire.
