There is no better surgeon and no finer human being than Dr. Da Silva. After being referred to one doctor after another and enduring unbearable back pain, I called Dr. DaSilva's office, after hearing about him from my family doctor,and said I had to see him that day. His nurse, sensing the urgency in my voice, told me to come immediately and this without an appointment. Within an hour, Dr. Da Silva arranged for an MRI on my back, hospitalized me and performed surgery on my back the next morning. That was in 1993 and I will never forget his humanity nor the life-saving surgery (for me that is what it was) he performed. After almost 2 years of excruciating pain, I woke up some hours after surgery without pain. There are people who have an impact on your life that is unforgettable. For me, that is Dr. Da Silva.

Dr Dasilva was very honest, knwoledgeable, confident and reassuring when I had to have a craniotomy. I am thankful he was my surgeon.

Dr. DaSilva is a very caring individual. He had the utmost respect for me as his patient. His bedside manners are great, you can tell he is concerned for his patients and that their well being is what's most important to him.
