I look at a Doctor to call their patient after they received examinations to reassure all is okay. I don't think the patient should be calling if they received the report and if everything is fine. the receptionist said if we didn't call the patient everything is fine. I heard of paperwork falling through the cracks and it wasn't addressed when it should of been with the patient.
