He has been my doctor for a long time but has never been very kind or friendly. Never asked me anything outside of what I'm there for, and he has cut me off and told me he hasn't time for anything else on several occasions. I don't talk a long time about anything, so it's quite frustrating, particularly when it takes weeks to get in to see him. I find his approach very cold and clinical. He is thorough though and seems to cover all the bases. The staff's attitudes have greatly improved. Someone there was very rude and abrupt but she seems to have mellowed, and is much nicer now.
