He does not listen. He'd ask me questions and I'd barely get a word out before he'd interrupt me. He had preconceived ideas and he was sticking to them. I asked him one question and it was clear by the way he hesitated, started and stopped speaking that he was unsure of the answer. He ended up just tossing something out in a angry tone. I don't expect everyone to know everything but doctors who can't admit when they're unsure are a huge red flag. Overall, an extremely arrogant, rude, and dismissive man.

A competent excellent Doctor . Replaced my wife's knee with excellent results . From my perspective he is a gentleman .I would recommend him to anyone .

Dr. Manwell is no more (or less) on time than any other Dr., however, unlike most Dr.'s who tend to run behind, once you are called in, he does not have any time for you and rushes through your appointment. I found Dr. Manwell to have about zero ability to be caring or helpful. In my experience (on more than one occasion) he was arrogant, rude, and condescending. I have no idea if he is knowledgable. Other than causing a significant amount of pain, acting extremely judgemental and horrid, he did absolutely nothing to lead me to believe he should ever work with the public or that he is qualified to share what knowledge he has, or doesn't have, with anyone. His secretary is lovely. She is kind and caring and perhaps should go to medical school and take over his practice.

After spending an entire day in surgery, Dr Manwell took time to take care of my surgical needs. He is very caring, gentle, explained what needed to be fixed and how he was going to do this, and he listened to my concerns. His staff was also very caring and did what they could to make me comfortable while I waited
