Cranky, bossy, difficult to get along with but my husband says he saved my life. I was out most of the time so I'll take his word for it. He seemed to really know his stuff but always seemed too busy to be personable. But I guess that's not his job, keeping you alive is and he DID do that. Would I use him again - you bet.
