Crane Medicals system of being able to call between 8-8:30 to talk to someone and calling for same day appointments is so helpful when you want help immediately. I have high regard for all the staff and am so glad my old doctor sent me to Dr. Crane.

Agree with other ratings re same day appointments, knowledgeable doctor. His use of Queen's family practice residents, a full time nurse practitoner, health care nurses for diabetic care is an excellent model. And Lisa the receptionist is the best too!
