Thought that after all the years (more than 20) being a patient of Dr. Petroff would have thought that there would be more care. Many things were brushed off leaving a feeling of not wanting to contact him. Practical Nurse was miserable

Dr Petroff is a wonderful doctor. Always caring and I never feel rushed when I am in to see him. Very knowledgeable and I feel I can trust him with my children's health. His staff on the other hand are rude, unaccommodating, unprofessional. I have been spoken to in ways that in any other profession these people would be fired. I have been hung up on and always feel like it's a chore to call that office because of who will answer the phone. Awful service. I thought that with the introduction of the family health team things would go better but the only thing I hear is "can't help you go to the walk in clinic". If it were easy to switch doctors in this province I would - but I honestly like Dr. Petroff, just can't deal with the hassle of the front desk staff.
