had implant in my right knee which was causing pain, he did not do xrays to check for blood poisoning or infection, leg removed in 2013, said he may he have to remove other leg as well. just stay away from him ,arrogant, ignores what you say, lied about possibility of amputation just stay away go to another hospital . several others have told me about the difficulties, in particular the dismissive arrogant attitude, his major concern is how many surgies he can bill ohip for just avoid

Dr Fiture did emergeny surgery for me and has been very helpful and knowledge to my needs of recovery. Would highly recommend him.

I went to Dr. Fiture for the creation of a fistula in my left arm. I had done all the arterial and venous testing before the surgery and he had examined my arm as well. Come the surgery, I awaken to find that the nursing staff can't find the 'thrill'. On a follow-up visit, Dr. Fiture was forced to tell me that the surgery was not successful. And, of course, it was my fault because I have small veins. I found him to be arrogant, rough and completely lacking in empathy. I face more surgery. I'm not sure I'll let him take another kick at the can. Seems to me that this relatively routine procedure should have a much higher success rate than it has with Dr. Fiture
