Dr. Soong has a lot of energy. She is very thorough in getting bloodwork completed if necessary. The only complaint would be the day I was waiting a long time to see her and it was very unprofessional of her to call her husband while the room was full of patients and I could hear her whole conversation to him complaining about a patient who did not want to pay for photocopied bloodwork since he was having surgery the next day.
