Dr. Rosenthal used to be a caring, conscientious doctor, however, the wait times have completely unacceptable!! It is usual to wait 2.5 - 3 hours in the waiting room to see the doctor for a scheduled appointment (this has been the case for every appointment over the past two years). I have noticed this has been getting progressively worse over the past several years and now she always seems rushed and annoyed when conducting her assessment. No patient should have to wait so long to see their family physician and this is completely disrespectful of Dr. Rosenthal to expect her patients to wait this long.

i have been a patient of Dr. E. Rosenthal for a very long time and although sometimes the wait to see her is long, I would not want another dr. She is caring, compassionate, and is always ready to listen and advise. Great Dr.

While it's true too many people are booked into same time slot, Eva is an amazing doctor. She knows her patients, listens carefully, can calm or send to specialist as needed and quickly in case of urgent issue.
