Cannot talk about more than 2 things at one appointment. prescribed a strong anti-inflammatory to me when I only have one kidney. Aloof, not caring, no bedside manner

Dr. Poon is a good doc but has been practising only about 5 years. He is fairly thorough and errs on the side of caution -- goes by the book. The staff at this clinic leave a lot to be desired and I find the clinic itself to be crowded all the time and staff have little room in which to work. Front desk wide open to reception area so little to no confidentiality, however Dr Poon is very discreet, speaks in a calming and soft voice and is very reassuring.
