I find him listening to me when I am talking about what I am complaining about. He does not give me the impression "you are giving me too much information (TMI) and I have no time for it." He is very caring doctor.

Doctor is very knowledgeable helpful and soft spoken. Regrettably the staff at the front desk is the opposite. Never smiles and not as welcoming and helpful, kinda rude at times.This observation was from during my few visits in summer 2016, short haired, big eyes petite.Perhaps she is stressed , I hope she makes it point to not show it.

He is a great Dr. He is very polite, respectful, understanding, honest and knowledgeable ... answers all your questions without rushing you. He does what ever it takes to help treat your complaints. Unfortunately, the wait times are longer than expected but that is because the staff is learning to use paperless technology in the office. So some patience is required.
