She tends to make judgement calls on issues that she does not understand and her bedside manner could be greatly improved. Has a lot to learn about people skills.

She only told us what she wanted to tell (from a script). She would not entertain our clarification. My past visits she was always in angry mood and reprimanded my family making us (patients) feel so stupid.
