Last week I went to the York Region Sleep Disorders Centre to see Dr. Roain Bayat for my sleep apnea. I had an excellent overall experience. To begin with, my waiting time was less than 5 minutes. Dr. Bayat is a fantastic young doctor who patiently listens to your issues and addresses every question in a calm and effective manner. He gives a very warm welcome to his patients which is refreshing. In addition, he is very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, professional and understanding. I believe he is the best specialist I have met in Canada, and I would certainly recommend Dr. Bayat to anyone that is in need of a brilliant respirologist. I believe he is the best specialist I have met in Canada, and I would certainly recommend Dr. Bayat to anyone that is in need of a brilliant respirologist. Due to a last minute cancellation, I was also lucky enough to set up an appointment for a sleep study the very next day which worked out perfectly! The sleep study room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Their service was great and the technologist (Behrouz Mansouri) was extremely kind, professional, helpful and caring.
