The Receptionist came across as rude, argumentative and unprofessional. It would appear she lied about calling and leaving a message for me to tell me my appointment had been cancelled. My cell phone would have captured the call/message. She demonstrated a lack of empathy and was argumentative. To only find out 15 minutes prior to my appointment that it had been cancelled is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, there's little accountability in her world and her conduct reflects it.

Very good doctor, very carrying , aswerred all my questions. I had speedy recovery after the surgery.
