Dr. Hillier himself is great. He is helpful, compassionate, and will find you the resources you need. The staff, sadly, is horrendous. They are disorganized and quite rude and unfriendly. I will stay with him for now, but the office will likely eventually drive me away.

Do not go to him for any complicated issues. I tried to get a prescription for respiratory reasons. Apparently prednisone is very difficult to access in a moderately severe asthmatic. This is negligence and poor form.

WSe were looking for a new physician. My first impression with Dr. Hillier that he took an interest in previous and current health problems. Staff are helpful and very friendly. P.S. We visited Dr Hillier in his new Orleans practice.
