Very caring and listens to all of my concerns and health issues. He genuinely cares and it shows in his bedside manner. Happy to have found him. His entire staff are very pleasant as well.

Went to ER with husband for husband mental health issue after waiting 6 hours, We were understandably upset as we watch 30 people come in and leave after my husband arrived and Dr. Austin was not helpful or knowledgeable about my husbands condition and basically stated he was uninterested in helping my husband. You'd think the unstable one is the one you'd help first not last as they are unstable, but as I said he was unknowledgeable. Mental health should be treated like any other disease not dismissed as if it was nothing.
