Dr. Juma never helped me the way a Doctor should help a patient. When I told him about my illness, he never confirmed or checked me. He just prescribed a medication.

This is a very caring doctor who takes his time when you have a serious, genuine issue which requires immediate attention. While I know that I am supposed to bring only ONE issue per visit, he has on many occasions attended to many issues per visit. It is probably people like me who make him run behind his schedule! Overall, his waiting time is better than all other doctors. His culturally very sensitive. My wife, child and I all love him.

Dr Juma isn't a friendly doctor and is definitely not punctual. I had to wait more than an hour to see him about my problem. He didn't seem to carry a vast knowledge about my problem either. Also, he kind of rushed me through and it did seem as if he wasn't listening to me properly. I wouldn't recommend him to any of my friends or family.
