Dr. Butt has been my doctor for 5 years and it just keeps getting worse. She is rude, rushes me and doesn't seem to even care or want to hear about my issues. Her bedside manner is atrocious. I'm going to switch doctors as my last visit was the ultimate worst in the past 5 years.

Another visit to dr.butt and more of same. Shuffled off to specialist. More importantly, phoned my Dad with a high inr result, told him to go to hospital if not feeling well and then Dad said he was not well. She did not bother to ask what the symptoms were (after telling him to go to hospital if not feeling well). This is border line negligence. She should have asked him what were the systems and then called the hospital to let them know he was coming and what the medical issues were. This is the second time in 2 years that this has happened. Since my Dad has been a patient for more than 20 years and Ida's multiple medical problems it seems that she can't be bothered with complex patients. I would look for another doctor, but my Dad is nervous since she has been his doctor for so long. I don't think she even reads all the clinical notes sent from other doctors and teats him as a bother. She is a bad doctor and is only getting worse as time progresses. Do not go to her - she has moved offices twice And her staff are inexperienced and indifferent.

Has taken care of parents for 25 years and in the last ten has changed offices 3 times. Charges for faxed prescriptions. Impossible to get an appointment within a week. Her clinic is dirty and staff stupefied. She is the worst doc, cares about money and shuffles everything to a specialist.

You can see the Pope before you can get an appointment. Never available if you really need her and that is only if you can get past her inept clerks. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Dr Butt always seems to be rushing me through my issues, which makes me uncomfortable around her. She doesn't seem to actually sincerely care about my health issues, which makes me reluctant to visit her.

Dr Butt is great! She takes time to really listen and asks questions to clarify your problem. She is kind and thoughtful and very knowledgeable. I trust her completely and would recommend her to anyone.
