My mom is a stroke patient. Dr.Kong is bad to his patient. We arrived in his clinic a little late as my mom is old and weak and can't walk as normal people. Dr.Kong rejected to see my mom while at that time no other patient was waiting in the clinic. The Doctor asked us to rebook a appointment and he charge $100 fee for just booking an appointment with him even my mom has OHIP. For this $100, he can reject a patient appointment, really bad!!! He is reluctant to see a stroke patient and he had bad attitude to us. I regret to have booked this appointment which my mom have waited for 2 months. Not recommend this doctor, better find another Neurologist.

I took my mother to see Dr. Kong. He was patient and helpful. When I told him about my father's problem who was with us waiting in the reception area, Dr. Kong offered to check on him and jokingly say free of charge. Our overall impression was great!
