Put me on pills even I didn't need them (by my Diabetes specialist). Sent me to liver and diabetes specialist but his office did not fax my blood results even I went three times to the lab.They faxed only one. Also went to liver ultrasound and his office didn't bother to fax it to liver specialist. Went for PAP test , he didn't bother to follow up with my PAP results. I asked 2 months after the test and then he said they never faxed it to him , afterwards I found out it was faxed to his office a month after my test. Medical clinic where I did liver ultrasound confirmed they faxed my results 2 days after, he and his office trying to make me believe they never received it( explanation something was wrong with fax machine?). Lots of disappointment after dealing with Dr Edgerley for more than 10 years.

I really like Dr. Edgerley. I think he is a fantastic doctor who is very understanding. I don't like the long wait time to see him (sometimes 30 to 45 minutes after my assigned time). Staff is nice but they put you on hold too often and for too lone. Perhaps they need more phone lines and/or more staff.
