My experience was a negative one. I was thrilled initially to find a doctor nearby as i was in a rural community with few options, so when I finally got a spot I was overwhelmed and thought the world of Dr. S. Over the years I noticed that all my complaints were brushed off and I was continually told my pains were due to my age (I was in my mid to late 30s). The few tests I was sent to have were never followed up, even when I tried. I would wait weeks for appointements and as time went on my health deteriorated. I had recently left the community and therefore was able to find a new doctor who immediately upon our first visit and round of bloodwork could determine why I have been experiencing the pains that I have. It's going to be a lengthy road to recovery and I am told would have been far less had my conditions been dealt with years ago when I first started mentioning them. For that reason alone I wanted to rate Dr. S. I think we need to all be better advocates for our own health and when a doctor is ignoring our symptoms and telling us we are actually fine, that does not mean they are right.

She's sharp and will send you for tests if needed. Takes the time to address your health issues. A very good doctor, who is also find and compassionate.
