Dr Heritz is very easy to talk to about issues and is very helpful. I, too, have MS and she is caring and helpful with issues that may cross over from ms to my bladder and supra-pubic catheter. She is good with me coming to the hospital for catheter changes since my body is so slim and the cath barely goes in. Once and a while I do have pain and issues with her insertion of the catheter BUT like I said, I have a very thin build and it might not be easy to always get the catheter in place all the time. It is not a good thing at all but I still really like Dr Heritz. The staff are pretty much always seems in a grumpy mood but I have come to think, how much do they have to figure out in a day? sometimes A LOT... so I don't let it bug me, they are actually really useful and helpful when needed

She is a wonderful knowledgeable Doctor, I have seen her twce and each time her staff are miserable, and unfriendly, having to wait fir 45 mins I watched each patient arrive there was never a smile ir a cheery greeting, its a shame such a caring Doctor has such un personable staff

Each time I have an appt, I count on going in late, but after seeing Dr Heritz for awhile, I see why. The Dr is also a surgeon, so there are only so many days to fit in all the patients. Dr Heritz has been exceptional with me. I have MS, bladder worries, am in a wheelchair, and always have some sort of issue, She has been kind with me, explined things well and didnt talk down to me, the patient. She is knowledgeable, understanding, and listens to you and what you are explaining even if you dont quite know how to describe something. The main receptionist is really great, the other staff is great too. Recieving the referal to see Dr Heritz was one of the best things evver.
