Unless you are part of his social group, or a particular social group don't expect to be treated the same. It is the norm to keep me waiting past an hour for every scheduled appointment...and if you need an emergency appointment from him, good luck receiving sympathy. Also, any document that you need from him (regardless) of how long you have been his patient or your financial situation..YOU MUST PAY!
