Dr. Ramanauskas was my Dr. for almost 15 years and he saved my life twice. Had he not recognised that I was suffering from a pulmonary embolism I would not be writing this review. He has always been kind, considerate, taking the time to explain any issue I might have had. He never belittled or talked down to me...always talked to me in layman's terms so I could understand. Would always go the extra mile and send me to any specialist he felt could help me. I have moved from the Niagara area and I will most definitely miss him. And Cindy is great. Always will to go the extra mile to try and fit you into the Dr's busy schedule.

Insensitive to patients needs and unable or unwilling to show any compassion. He rarely has time to look beyond "his" immediate needs and rarely takes the patient to the next level of problem solving. If it's too much trouble for him he sends you off to emergency with no follow up. If you are looking for a doctor who cares about your whole well being, start to finish, this isn't him. He has left our family with the impression that it's too much trouble for him to invest the time to resolve an issue. I wouldn't call him a "health care provider" More of a health care obstructionist.

Disappointed in my care by this doctor. Takes weeks sometimes a couple of mths to see him and the appointment is often short and rushed. Ignores family history. Often leave feeling ignored. Secretary not friendly.

He is a great Doctor he knows me better thatn l know myself and what is best suited for me he is wonderful there is a place in Heaven And Karen is also wonderful it is difficult to handle all the requests Keep up the Good work

I love Dr. R, it is rare that you see a bedside manner like his. Very professional, very caring, and very accommodating. I've been with him since I was a small child, and I still am visiting him almost 21 years later. They just need to work on answering the phones more efficiently.
