Dr Quart is a nasty man. I am on the edge of the chair when he walks in. Mean as all to his nurse,Shiela who is the only reason we stay. He needs to retire.

I am a recent patient of Dr.Quart. Wrote Prescriptions without checking my chart.Totally unknowledgeable when it involves drugs covered under the Ontaio Accepted perscriptions that are covered for example recipients of ODSP.Too many mistakes made by clinic.
