never had any issues with this office, although it is difficult to contact by phone a person needs to prepare for a doctor visit ahead of time She is pleasant and caring. Will refer if necessary to a specialist of other .

The facts. On time. One concern per appointment. Will refer to medical text or to specialist wherever possible. Reception is nosy and near impossible to get on the phone. Not my 1st, 2nd or 10th choice but if your desperate for a family doc, this one is on time and full of referrals.

Dr. Terada is thorough, and not afraid to refer you on to a specialist if need be. I never wait longer than 10 minutes to see her, and I never feel rushed. The staff are always very kind whether in person or by phone. I feel very fortunate to have this team of professionals on my side!

I cannot say enough how grateful we are to have Dr. Terada as our Doctor. My doctor retired years ago and we were fortunate that she took patients at that time. My previous doctor and I really liked him, was old school and there were many, many times where it was not unusual to wait 2-3 hours to see him. No respect for the patients time. Not the case with Dr. Terada, 10 minutes at the most. She listens and has no problem referring if deemed necessary. Very thorough, really grateful for her and her staff!

Dr Terada has been our family doctor since she opened her practice in Sudbury ,she is very thorough if she thinks there is something wrong she will do more test and send you to a specialist .the only problem I have is she only allows 10 minut apt.and we travel about 3 hours to see her and she will only deal with one thing at a time .I don't blame her totaly as allot of the blame is the government's fault ..but we like her and will continue seeing her as long as we can ..

I have been seeing her since I was a child. Now she sees my children and husband. Has always be thorough and I feel very comfortable have her care of us.

Her ability to deal with patients, if not to her liking, is questionable. Deciphering of reports from specialists, can lean toward the negative. Disagree with her, and you are out.
