We have found referrals to be timely. Asks about other family members sometimes, when they have been seen by the Dr.,recently. Hesitated once when considering a prescription to one of the children to ensure it was safe. This is good!

My family and I have found that Dr. Williams is always willing to make referals to specialists when required and is on top of these bookings. Always friendly & smiling, in a profession where most clients are ailing in some way.

In simple matters he isn't too bad but is poor following up booking specialist appts and filling out forms required by government services. Has to be reminded
