Very hard to get into, very little availability due to limited hours of work. I like him but do sometimes feel rushed. Has no problem filling scripts over phone for pharmacist at $10 a pop. when you owe over $50 call and pay with credit and your good to go. Mixed experience with staff and the phone system sucks. And don't dare fax them something!That's no for patients.

They are all great in there. I would recommended them to anyone. They have gone above and beyond what doctors do for you this day and age.

Although the wait time to get in for appointments can be lengthy sometimes, and it always takes me a few tries to get through to speak to a person, Dr Diavolitsis is great. He is great with my kids - and he always tells me if I need to get my kids in fast to just bring them in and he will see them. I have taken him up on this, and he has seen my baby on short notice.

I am so very happy to have found a doctor who is quick yet thorough. I love the fact that when I have a certain time for an appointment, he sees me either right on that time or even before if I am early. The way they work is "one issue per appointment" and this allows him to stay on time. I have had doctor's appointments at 9:00 a.m. and by 10-10:30 I still have not seen a doctor. I have a very busy work/home schedule and the fact Dr. Diavolitsis is ALWAYS on time is awesome !! The girls in his office are very friendly, albeit a bit overworked possibly but aren't we all these days. Highly recommend Dr. Diavolitis if you have a busy schedule like mine.

so not impressed with the Dr or his staff are very rude, I have been going to him last 5 yrs.3 yrs ago went in telling him think I have heart attack. tells me heart burn sure enough next day I had a heart attack,just resent went in bad headaches. had biopsy for gca have been calling office to see him no answer and when I get threw reception tells me to contact pharmacy Re meds.my Dr put me on.wth. very upsetting dr, do rushes threw care and walks out the door while I'm still speaking,if you don't have time for your patience,then retire.or take a course on how to be respectful. in need of a caring dr. who truly cares for patients,do not recommend this dr. to anyone very very disapoointed.

I have gone in for an appointment and he doesn't even come in to the room to see me, just writes a script and gets the secretary to give them me.

If you need a doctor that you can see within a day, two or that week at least, this is not your guy. He is a great doctor IF you can get past his staff. You can never get through on the phone, nor can you leave messages. Just an example from today (June 27). I drove all the way in (15 minute drive) to speak to someone in person after trying to call for almost 2 hours and also the week prior, to get an appointment for shoulder pain that he was treating and was turned away with, "unfortunately, we can't book anything until we return from holidays" which is August 15th. That is a minimum of 7 weeks! I am spending a fortune on treatment and would like more advice from him as it is not getting better. Every time we need to see him for anything, it is a minimum two weeks for the appointment unless you can get past his staff and there should be an option for a zero rating. I am extremely disappointed.

I found him extremely rude. I had been encouraged by his staff to come to his office in the hopes of finding a new family doctor and was treated with complete disdain. He had no intention of accepting me as a new patient and said he hadn't been accepting new patients from my area since Fall of 2015. I had driven from out of town to be treated very shabbily and told that as a Senior Citizen no doctor really wants me because I might need more care than a fifteen year old. I felt that the appointment was nothing more than a way of billing OHIP for my visit with no intention of offering me anything in the way of care.

He is a bully...You can only have one problem, and only 15 min.of his time per appointment. Tends to second guess other Doctors prescriptions. He judges your ailments according to you age without any medical tests.

Very difficult to make an appointment with. Phone message does not work. He is apparently working reduced hours which are impossible for a working person or student to get in.

I find it very difficult to reach a live receptionist in order to make an appointment. Their voice mail says to leave a message but you never can.

Dr Diavolitsis is very attentive to the needs of his patients. He always takes the time in his extremely busy schedule to hear individual cases. And his staff are very helpful in scheduling for this difficult-to-schedule-for family! :-)
