Doctor Shear is a wonderful doctor, but her receptionists are not very helpful or friendly. When arriving at the office we are not greeted with even a glance or a faint smile. It makes the visit quite unpleasant.

Generally wonderful in many ways, however, simply getting in touch with her office is an adventure! they answer after several attempts,then put on hold again...appointment times rarely are respected, forcing me to take longer absences from the office, planning a 20 minutes visit as a 2 hours one, but she is a wonderfully caring doctor, very capable and in tune with modern medicine! My family and I will NEVER change her!!!
