Went to appointment with my elderly mother. Staff did not take time to introduce themselves and Dr Sharma did not make sure my mother could hear what she was saying. Follow up instructions were given orally and my mother did not understand them. Not a good doctor for elderly patients. I asked staff to contact me with her test results and they did not follow the request and caused confusion for my mother who could not hear the followup phone call.
