Receptionist has been extremely rude and has lied to me on the phone and in person, has told me that if I do not like they way the office is run to find another doctor. She made me an appointment and did not inform me. She changed an appointment and did not advise me and her reason was she could not get a hold of me---my Answering machine works 24 hours a day. We advised her that we would inform Dr. Bertley and her reply was ---go ahead as I will be right behind you followed by the comment "there is a door behind you, use it". After talking to the doctor he said he heard we did not get along and he apologized twice.
