Aside from the fact that making an appointment by phone can be time-consuming due to volume of calls at the office (about 5 doctors vs 2 receptionists), we have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Hershenfield. They have recently started to take appointments by email. We haven't tried that yet. She is an amazing doctor: friendly, up-to-date, always on the ball. It helps that she uses a computer to take notes, not pen and paper. She's a great family doctor and a fantastic OB at North York General. Very committed to her work and she loves it.

Very kind, approachable and will give you time and attention. However, this leads to long waiting time with appointment. Very difficult to get appointment to see her or another doctor at the Family Practice.
