Dr. Yolles - listens to her patients orrather she HEARS her patients. She is not draconic in any respect. She keeps herself informed and is there for her patients. She manages her time so well by using the internet that it must interfere with her billing income but it sure works for us. I sure lucked out with this doctor after circumstances forced me to look for a new doctor.
