Initial consult was fine, but when the appointment was missed for the procedure (they send no reminder calls or emails) for legitimate reasons the phone staff (not Dr Marcuzzi himself) was extremely rude and insensitive. They require a $100 fee to rebook a missed appointment which is fine, but I will not reschedule with them as I would rather look for a doctor with more positive staff.

I've been a patient of Dr Marcuzzi for more then 15yrs and he the best Dr I had for my medical condition (MSK) I would recomment him to anyone. Sincerely, Nadine
