I went to see him as a walk-in patient at MCI in Oakville, with UTI symptoms. He tells me "Women always come in on Sundays with UTIs because they have had too much fun over the weekend". I'm pretty humiliated and disgusted by the way he made me feel.

His nurse is amazing but his receptionist is rude, does not care about his patients or his practice. If your sick you want a Dr. like Dr. Hamlet taking care of you.

Really needs to be more punctual.Some work only gives 2 hrs for Dr's appt. When you have to be back at a certain time it is hard for you to waste time. Patients time has to be more respected.

Even though his punctuality is not the best. He is definately worth the wait. I think his expertise as an ER doctor is a valued skill because he can detect the start of illness or disease quicker doctor`s that just practice medicine. His quality of care should be at a +10.
