Sometimes you have to wait a bit but it's better than it used to be.The staff are going full steam.Pleasant,friendly and helpful.very good

Dr Pinto is often running late but this is because he takes his time with each patient. Whenever I go in for any appointment, he does not rush me and will check things that are not even the reason I went in. His staff are kind. Occassionally when it is a bit busy they are frazzled but that's because people seem to have zero patience these days. I would recommend Dr. Pinto.

The Doctor himself is great although his staff seem to have a poor disposition. He is very helpful, willing to listen, and easy to speak to. He definitely knows what he's doing! Seems that he has too many patients at this time to really be as punctual as possible!

Too busy (or too unskilled?) to listen or offer helpful assistance. Staff ranges from very nice to nearly useless.
