Dr, Dawn D Shi is a nice lady, professional and dedicated. She always got a lot of patients lakeside clinic appointments waiting. Sometimes I was late to make an appointment, just walk in to her clinic, she always try to take time out for my treatment. She has good reputation. We all trust in her. Thanks to her.

Dr. Shi is and excellent physician, professional and effective. Her staff are accomodating and efficient. However this office is very unkept, the floors are dirty, the bathroom is dirty, there should be an inspection process by public health to assure the public that both the grim one can see along with the invisible contaminants are removed thoroughly as needed.

Dr Shi is very nice and helpful but I feel like I'm a walk in patient who can make appointments (if I can get anyone on the phone). She is also pretty quick with the prescription pad to solve your problems.

She'll run tests for just about anything, but I don't feel she listens very well, and I always she's a little impatient and tries to rush things along.

Dr. Shi is a very pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable family doctor. She is bilingual and always willing to help. Quite a few of my friends have been Dr. Shi's patients for a while. They all very strongly recommend her to their friends, including me. I went to her clinic a few times. I was very impressed by the professional care from her and her staff. I just could not believe that someone repeatedly try to bad mouth her. I did not know what happened between them, but I feel that this person's repeat comments were like a unfair personal attack, instead of based on fact.
