I was referred to Dr. Borret for possible carpal tunnel issues. He tested me, shrugged and said "yeah...you have mild carpal tunnel". That was it...after asking several questions, he seemed annoyed and said "Everyone gets it...nothing you can do". Very dismissive, uninterested and definitely not helpful.

The front counter lady can learn to smile a bit more. I always feel I have to make an effort to just get a smile out of her and even that not a sincere one.
