The doctor is great. He has a good sense of humor, great listener and addresses all of my concerns. I dont feel rushed when he gives me his time. The only frustrating part of going to his office, and i mean no disrespect, but it is PAINFUL when it comes to making an appointment, spelling out names to make sure they find the right file, once at the office, one of the receptionists must be new to the job because there were a few things missed while taking all info down for my baby. height, weight, head measurement etc. One time, it took 10 min for her to weigh my child, and at some point i stepped in to help her read the scale because my baby was losing his patience. I love the doctor, thats why i keep going back. while i hope, the receptionist starts to learn the routines of appointments.

Dr. Bishay is a good doctor - he is always punctual, and takes his time listening in the appointments. He makes referrals when necessary.
