He is a very good doctor, but his personality/or humour doesn't suffer fools. This may be off-putting for those who won't help themselves.

More concerned with how many patients he can see, not the quality of care provided. Prescribes medication without explaining why or how to use. Not a happy person and his bedside manor displays these attitudes. IF you have a choice go elsewhere.

It is embarassingly obvious that Dr. Mandel is trying to ring up as many patients as he possibly can, with little or no interest in listening to what you have to say to help him make an informed, thorough diagnostic.
