Dr. Malcolm has always taken the time to explain things in every day language, is respectful, non judgemental and supportive. Has been my family dr for over 10 years. I'm still willing to travel over 2 hours to see her!!

sometimes i wait; on the other hand, if i run late, she will still see me. plus, i know that she will not rush me or other patients -- so the fact that she is not 100% punctual is not significant to me
